Upon inquiry within the team of Translation Agency Scriptware, it appears that, by way of high exception, you were able to pick up the certified translation yourself at the translator's office until 19:00 in the evening because the translator was absent afterwards due to other appointments. Eventually you arrived an hour later and in the meantime the translator was no longer present. You then made complaints, partly about the fact that we were not available in the evening. Despite these incidents, we tried to get in touch with you because we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, you did not respond to this.
